Whether this is your first or fourth baby, you’re excited to be able to share this time with your friends and family. You want them to have a part in this miraculous event so you invite them to your shower, but you don’t want to clean your house for all those people, and none of your close friends really have a place large enough to accommodate everyone you’ve invited. That’s where we come in. We’ll set up and clean up the entire place for you and your guests. We’ll have enough chairs, tables, flatware, plates, and cups for everyone. We’ll decorate the place in your special colors, we’ll even provide the cake and punch, in addition to a 3-tiered decorated diaper cake that’s included for mom-to-be to take home and enjoy once the baby is born.
The Informal & Dance Party package is a 4-hour party including decorating, disposable plates, napkins, and plasticware, as well as water and cups! You can bring in food and drinks from any vendor of your choice. This package includes the full sound system with an Aux hookup for your own playlist and HDMI laptop hookups to run your slideshow. You may also hire a DJ to bring a special touch to your event!
Formal & Dinner Parties include 4-hour room rental, decorations, linens, glass dishes, and silverware. Food vendors are welcome from anywhere you choose. The Hamilton Event Center provides tea, water, and coffee or lemonade for your guests. You are provided enough servers to assist up to 50 guests to keep tables cleared and your food monitored. Upgrade your party for additional guests. You have available for selection a variety of linens, toppers and runners, and centerpieces to fit any style or theme! The full sound system is included for music or a slideshow and the colored accent lights will be matched for your theme. The Hamilton Event Center decorates, sets up for event, and cleans afterwards!
The Cupcakes & Punch Party is great for classic party settings! This 2.5-hour rental includes decorating, set-up, and clean-up. You select from a variety of centerpieces to fit the atmosphere of your party! The Cupakes & Punch Party is great for up to 50 guests, but upgrades are available if you have more guests in attendance! The Hamilton Event Center has upgrade options available if you wish to include snack trays for your guests to munch on.
Our DIY Reception Room Rental is perfect for the hosts with a specific vision. This is a 6-hour room rental giving you full control of all set-up, decoration, and clean-up. The DIY Reception Room Rental is the intimately elegant base for the do-it-yourself party planner! With this package, you are responsible for all decorating, set-up, and clean-up.
Upgrade any party or reception with the Bar & Bistro package. This includes additional tables and a self-serve bar. The Hamilton Event Center provides chilled ice buckets for the table. You can bring wine, champagne, soda, and beer without a bartender required. If you choose to have a cash bar or serve mixed drink and liquor, you must have an ABLE-licensed bartender from an insured company at the bar station.
