DIY Reception Room Package

Our DIY Reception Room Rental is perfect for the couple with a specific vision. This is a 6-hour room rental giving you full control of all set-up, decoration, and clean-up. The DIY Reception Room Rental is the ideal base to build your Pinterest-wedding dream.

All-Inclusive Reception Room Package

The All-Inclusive Reception Room is our most popular reception room rental. This 5-hour rental sits up to 150 without a dance floor or up to 100 guests with a dance floor. The Hamilton Event Center provides all set-up, decorating, and clean-up services. While there is no cooking on-site, caterers and vendors are welcome. We do include all dishware, silverware, and servers to accommodate your food.

Wedding Ceremony Package

Our Wedding Ceremony Package is a wonderful choice for a gorgeous ceremony celebration. This is a 2-hour day of rental + 1 hour of Rehearsal to be determined. When paired with the All-Inclusive Reception Package, this rental can seat 100 of your guests at tables. If you choose to host only your ceremony, we can accommodate 120 of your guests in rows of chairs to witness your union celebration! The Wedding Ceremony Package includes fresh florals for Bride and Groom. Candles, columns, and decorating are also provided.

Wedding Ceremony & All-Inclusive Reception Package

The combination Wedding Ceremony & All-Inclusive Reception package gives a $400 discount when combining packages. This 7-hour rental covers your momentous day from beginning of the ceremony to the last guest leaving your reception! Display your slideshow from your laptop and we'll play it on our two 65" flat screen TVs for your guests to enjoy! Bring a band, DJ, or your own device for dance music and ceremony atmosphere. Whether  you serve your meals buffet-style or hire a food truck, we're ready to accommodate you and your guests! You can have pre-made food trays, restaurant meals, or a caterer prepare your meals! You're welcome to toast with champagne or have a bartender available for a cash bar!

Bar & Bistro Upgrade Package

Upgrade any party or reception with the Bar & Bistro package. This includes additional standing bistro tables and a self-serve bar. The Hamilton Event Center provides chilled ice buckets for the table. You can bring wine, champagne, soda, and beer without a bartender required. If you choose to have a cash bar or serve mixed drink and liquor, you must have an ABLE-licensed bartender from an insured company at the bar station.
