We had no problems reserving the venue for the exact date and time needed. We had a prior event four years before and it was even better than we remembered! We had over 60 people at our son's graduation party and everyone loved the seating and food setup! This place goes above and beyond and we will definitely be coming back again!

They made it so stress free! I was able to communicate amazingly and get what we needed and send it! I was able to drop off some drinks, banner, even some food earlier in the day on the day of the event. Which made it much easier to plan, they had everything set up for us and helped with the sound and tvs!

This was such a beautiful baby shower to decorate for. I loved LaFonda's theme of all shades of purple and butterflies. It turned out sooo pretty! I pray an easy delivery and blessings for this family.

We were having a private, family only ceremony at an outdoor location and had to move it to The Hamilton 4 days before the wedding. Jennifer was extremely accommodating and helped us get everything ready. We then had a full buffet dinner and party thereafter. All of us had a wonderful time. There is no better value, no better staff and management than The Hamilton.

We held a corporate retreat with a special registration dinner, followed by four days of learning and change, and we capped it all off with a big catered dinner party with a DJ. The space was set beyond perfectly for each day. I’m so happy I chose this space over a hotel venue where we’d have been crammed into a bland space. I would recommend this space for everything from parties and showers to continued education or retreats. It was phenomenal.
The pre-mixer, retreat conference & celebration night were fantastic. I loved decorating & hosting every event and being on site to service every need. Jarrad and the guests were awesome to work with. I look forward to the next conference.

We had a fantastic experience working with Jennifer and having our kid's birthday party here! We were able to have an indoor bounce house, bring in cake and host a food truck. Jennifer and her staff day of were so helpful, they made it to where I was able to enjoy the party with my kid by taking on many of the tasks I normally handle myself. Communication is clear, expectations are clear, and all the details and finances are lined clearly and easy to understand. Should I have another event arise that may call for a space like this, I'll be looking here first!
Chelsea was a joy to work with. The "CARS" theme for this birthday boy was excellent. He had so much fun seeing all the special decor Chelsea created and sliding down the bounce house into the ball pit!! The Donut truck was an awsome addition. Everything was so easy and they helped with everything at the baby shower. They helped put food out and put it away, greeted guests and took presents to the gift table, passed out games, grabbed presents as the parents opened them and placed them by the door. It was by far the most rewarding venue rental.
They provided a diaper cake, cake/cupcakes, punch, water, silverware, (amazing) decorations, sound system/tvs, pens for games, & little things you didn't think you needed or forgot. It was wonderful.

This is an excellent place to have a small wedding reception. I had 120 people and that would be the max at this venue. I wouldn’t have more than 12 round tables with 10 chairs each. Jennifer is amazing. She is extremely accommodating and is a pleasure to work with.

After much searching and many phone calls, we decided to use Hamilton Event Center for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. From day 1, Jennifer was responsive and helpful. At the design appointment, she went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had exactly what she wanted for her vision to become a reality.
On party day, the event staff were literally waiting at the door to help unload the cars. They took all of the items we provided and set up the most beautiful dessert bar I have ever seen. The venue staff (Jennifer) is so helpful. She meets with you, lets you choose your colors & a variety of centerpieces & decorations. My experience here was very great! We gave them a theme and they went above and beyond with it. It was very beautiful! They were wonderful hosts and everyone had a great time! I loved the theme of princess and the frog. I was excited to be able to decorate the room for this soon-to-be mom. With all the stress of baby hormones and already being a mom of two, I was happy to take the stress off of Ashawnti with the shower package taking care of the set-up, decorating, clean-up and even the cake, so she could just enjoy the event.
Jennifer is very easy to work with and she makes sure all your needs are met prior to the event day. The venue is always beautiful and in a great location.

She had lots of great ideas and was easy to work with. Great mostly-inclusive, affordable, clean, and flexible space. Jennifer coordinated movement between our caterers, beverage services, and DJ, and provided great spooky decorations and mood/colored lighting for our Halloween-themed costumed reception. Jennifer eagerly listened to our questions and concerns about planning an event, offered suggestions, and remained noticeably excited at the prospect of planning a spooky event with skeletons, pumpkins, cobwebs, candy, and the like, and allowed us to bring in our own fog machine. Our event began and concluded smoothly and I was very pleased with my experience with Jennifer and her service.

Hamilton event center is great, especially if you want someone to take care of almost everything for you. They set everything up, have multiple colors, decorations, photo booth, etc. plus people are present to help you with your event. Would highly recommend!! Well worth the money.
Christi was great to work with. A bridal shower is such a special and personal event. We were so excited to put the vision into reality and provide any servicing needed.
The day of the event the building was set up to perfection. The air was nice and cool for it being August. When the caterer arrived Jennifer and her assistant were on it and the food was set up quickly. As the evening went by tables were cleared and dessert served and there were always drinks in the ice containers. Overall great event and with the event staff things moved quickly and smoothly. We were out the door on time.

This was my second time hosting an event at Hamilton. This time it was my wedding brunch, and it went perfectly. Everything was extremely well organized, and there were no hiccups. Jennifer was ever present and takes care of everything, including the beautiful decor she handles, meaning I didn't have to pay another vendor extra for that. Jennifer was also able to offer me a few options for the table cloth color and design so we could give it a brunch vibe.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Hamilton Event Center for anyone looking for an event venue. The venue looked beautiful, Jennifer was always there and it was reasonably priced.

This was the most fun party!! It truly was a surprise. Everyone came dressed in the theme colors of black & gold. Quan planned this event for his mom from out of state for the ultimate surprise experience. They ate, drank, and danced all evening. Jennifer at the Hamilton Event Center was absolutely wonderful to work with! I messaged her a month before the date my sister wanted her baby shower to be and she was able to work with us to make her shower everything my sister wanted and more! When I contacted her, it was also during the holidays and I was only able to be in town for two weeks. Jennifer was very accommodating to our schedule, offering us a time to stop by for a tour and to go over decoration options that very week! The shower itself was beautifully put together and they were very helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. There was a time at the beginning that I was talking to my brother-in-law about how quiet I am and how nervous I was about being loud enough when trying to get the shower started. Not even five seconds after telling him this, Jennifer came up to me saying she had a microphone ready for me if I needed it! Can you say perfect timing?! After the baby shower, I have received numerous phone calls and text messages from family and friends who attended my sister's baby shower, each one telling me how beautiful and fun the shower was and how it was the best baby shower they have ever been to! I definitely couldn't have done it without Jennifer's help and I am so glad we chose to have it at the Hamilton Event Center!
What a great family to work with. Lauren was so prepared with games and prizes for everyone. The theme was a beach theme using yellow and blue for the main colors. I had so much fun putting it together for them. I used real sand, shells, anchors, wood piers, netting and more. Lauren brought in some fun beach pails filled with goodies for favors. I can't wait to work with this family again in the future!

I then set up an appointment with the owner Jennifer who is a very sweet helpful lady. Me & my mom the minute we walked in the door was so incredible. I like how Jennifer keep in touch with me to make sure I had everything together before the event. The day of the event Jennifer came out to help us bring the food in after that we didn't have to do anything Jennifer and her helped did it all. So many people keep telling us everyday how nice the Hamilton Event Center is so pretty and nice. I will be definitely recommended this place for now on. The venue is like the finest ballroom at the Four Seasons, and the customer service we received from Jennifer and Tracy was WAY beyond what we were expecting! We shopped many other venues, and this one by far was head and shoulders above the rest. We WILL be back!

My overall experience was excellent. The venue was gorgeous, she really took the time to help my vision come to life. Cupcakes, punch, decorations and cleaning services where all provided with the price which was a plus that most don’t offer. There wasn’t much flexibility with the time as far as ending and being out the venue but other then that I loved everything.
Jazzmine wanted a "Heaven Sent" Baby Shower. What a perfect theme for a coming baby girl. I decorated the room with golds, pinks, and whites. I used crowns, bears and bling touches to set it off. She was showered by many family and friends that love her and her husband.

We had a very specific and unique vision for our wedding. Most of the other venues we spoke with had difficulty in "getting" our vision. They consistently tried to shoe-horn us into their model, but NOT Jennifer at the Hamilton Event Center! She immediately found ways that she could help us to realize our vision, really listened and did what it took to make it all happen.
On our special day, she not only had the space prepared perfectly, but she seamlessly facilitated set-up and support from all of our different vendors and entertainment support. My beautiful bride and I did not have to worry about anything. We knew we were in good hands and our trust was handled with respect and care.

If you are looking for an exceptionally beautiful venue for a wedding or a special event, THIS IS IT! If you are looking for someone that works WITH you and eases your stress, Jennifer Hamilton IS THE ONE! Everything from start to finish was seamless. Jennifer made planning our wedding FUN! Everything from picking out our decor (she has tons to choose from), to choosing vendors, and creating how we wanted our wedding to go was so easy. If I had a question, she was quick to respond with an answer. If I needed to add something or change something, there was never an issue. Considering all of the wonderful services provided, the price is very reasonable. Hamilton event center does all of the decorating, they coordinate the vendors for you, and they direct the rehearsal and the wedding. They also do all of the flowers so there is no need to hire an outside florist if you don't want to. Jennifer made our bouquets and they were gorgeous. The staff even packed up special care packages of food from the caterer for us to take to the hotel with us after the wedding. Who thinks of that? They do!! Everybody is still talking about our wedding! What they don't know is what a stress-free, fun experience it was to plan. We feel very blessed to have found Jennifer and The Hamilton Event Center. We will definitely use her again for future events!!

I did my daughter's 2nd birthday at the Hamilton event center, I was working with Jennifer the owner of that elegant place, Everything she did was just bright! I was so glad and impressed about the services and preparation for the party. She also provide contacts for activities such as inflatables rentals, clowns, animals renting too.
Jennifer remembered all details, very organized and arranged person, and very helpful and understanding too. She was ready to handle all scenarios with no stress and she guided me through the party to please all people.
The hall is so beautiful, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is also very clean.

Tamara had a beautiful pink and turquoise owl themed party and was a great to work with. The kids loved the inflatable and I was excited that we could house it inside from the summer heat to make the party outstanding for them.

Wonderful experience! It was a completely "no stress" event that could have been a nightmare if I had put it together myself! Jennifer Hamilton was absolutely amazing. She was willing to do everything I asked, she met with us on more occasions than probably necessary and was extremely helpful. We did receive a few complaints about her staff from our guests about how friendly they were and we had so much food left over from it not being replenished the way we had specified and we're told to provide the food.

This was absolutely the perfect fit for our wedding. Jennifer was so nice and always responsive to our needs and wants. She made everything look perfect. We did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day it was amazing. I would recommend the Hamilton for any event!
Venue was great and had a lot of decor to use for the event. A little challenge when it came to set up prior to the event and allowing vendors in early to set up. We had to pay extra for extra time. Also the kitchen is a little small and vendors had to fit in the front door with equipment, which was difficult.
Jennifer was a huge help the night of and was completely on point to where everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. She was great to work with, just wish there weren't extra charges to get into the venue to set up prior to the event. I feel if you rent the entire space you should have it for the entire day.
This place was the most convenient event center I have ever experienced. Jennifer was so accommodating and courteous. She made sure that everything was perfect. I literally did not have to do anything. She also made any last minute changes whenever I asked her without hesitation. Thank you so much! My husband and I recently renewed our vows at the Hamilton Event Center. I am a wedding Coordinator myself, and after meeting with Jennifer I put everything in her hands. I booked my daughters sweet 16 with Jennifer. Great choice we had a blast. Everyone was so nice, she made my daughter a photo booth where we had props and took selfies. Jennifer and her staff were nice, and very friendly. They helped me keep everything stocked for guest so that I didn't loose my mind. Great place to hold an event! We had a ball!

The holiday decorations were beautiful and the ambiance made the atmospere very relaxing. It was a perfect size for our group and the staff did a great job accomodating our needs. Our party was in the evening and many of our guests had a hard time finding the location. It might be helpful to put a sign on Santa Fe directing people to the event and/or adding additional lighting outside. Additional parking next to the building would be helpful as well.

Let me start by saying my flowers were gorgeous. Jennifer asked me a few questions and I didn't know what to expect but they couldn't have been more perfect. I think that with everything she provided for me, between staff and décor, and she was so very helpful when I was completely confused or needed some direction, it really was a great, great value. In the future if I need to organize another larger party Hamilton & Jennifer will definitely be on my list.
I have to say this was a fabulous wedding and reception! Working with this couple was so easy. We talked about flowers, colors, decor ideas and needs they wanted. It turned out great!
Great space and really nice people. I felt like it was somewhat overpriced. And the pre-party set up time was a bit restricted which added to several peoples stress level. Overall, very good experience though.
Jennifer, you made our celebration perfect. Every detail was exactly as we discussed, the table décor was elaborate, the lighting and special effects were beautiful and our guests were served expertly by your staff. Your personal attention to picture settings, poses for cake cutting pictures, and offering of the microphone so I could thank our guests made me feel comfortable. We had not pre-decided on these items, but your professionalism stepped in so nothing was overlooked. Our special request for a particular napkin color was honored, right down to how we asked the napkins be folded. The music selection was perfect and the volume exactly right. We didn't think of many things, but you covered everything and went above and beyond that which we discussed, which made your services outstanding.
Yes, we did our homework, shopped and compared, and the Hamilton far exceeded all other venues.

The Hamilton Event Center was absolutely perfect for my parents 50th anniversary party. Jennifer Hamilton was so helpful to my mother and me with her knowledge of party planning. We clearly had no idea what we were doing and she helped guide us through every step of the process. We could tell right away that she has a passion for her profession and it certainly showed. One of the biggest pluses for us was that the room would come totally decorated and with servers included in the cost of the rental. There were numerous choices of table linens and table decor to make the space perfectly elegant for a golden anniversary party. Also, I can honestly say that our guests simply loved the room. Every person commented on how lovely the space was. I would highly recommend the Hamilton Event Center for any of your party needs.
What a great time I had planning this 50th anniversary party with my clients. They had some colors and ideas in mind that we were able to play upon to create the most beautiful room for them to celebrate their anniversary in. It was such a delight working with them.

This reception was spectacular! Andrea choose to do her colors in turquoise, sliver & black. She had 5 differnet styles of centerpieces on 5 different styles of specialty linens. She used white lilies, white hydrangeas and bling throughout the room. I was thrilled to decorate, coordinate & host this event for the bride, groom and their families.

I can't imagine using another venue for this Wedding reception. Jennifer's staff was professional and ultimately responsive going above and beyond to even repeatedly call the bakery when the cakes arrived late! The venue is beautiful and decorated perfectly to our colors and special requests. The hardwood floors were perfect for dancing. We loved the capability to show pictures of the bride and groom on the large flat screens available all evening. The food was easy to reach and kept hot and refilled for our guests. Hot food was hot and cold drinks were cold - perfect. The staff even set up the candy bar and extensive bar service outside in the overflow to accommodate our many guests. Thanks again!

Jennifer Hamilton is amazing! She is so easy to work with and has great ideas. My cake table decoration failed two days before the event and before I could even really look for a way to fix it she called me with a solution which was so much better than what I had planned in the first place. She and her staff carted to me like I was a queen and were very concerned with making sure I never missed anything! We want to have our reception again just because it was such a beautiful and wonderful dream come true....she made it like a fairly tale! I have been telling EVERYONE about the Hamilton Event Center.

Jennifer was a delight to work with. She offers so many services at The Hamilton Event Center, all the small details that a bride does not have to worry about. She gets to know you and you "vision" and executes a design for your table. If you have questions, she responds very quickly. I dropped off additional decorations that I had made and she had them all set up exactly how I wanted them. She makes event planning a breeze because she does a majority of the design for you and she has all the plates, cups, flatware, etc. that you do not have to worry about renting. My guests were very impressed and had a wonderful time. I had nothing but a positive experience and would recommend The Hamilton Event Center and Jennifer not only to brides but anyone looking for a venue for any type event.

Sarah's reception was beautiful! She brought in some special items to have out including hand-made dollie runners and a super fun soda bar with soda crates, koozies and paper straws. She lives out of state, so we planned most of the reception online and during short visits to Oklahoma. Everything flowed perfect! Her and her family were awesome to work with.

The Hamilton Event Center was the perfect space to hold our ceremony and reception; even though we had a smaller wedding with about 25 guests, they made the event space (on the larger side, can accommodate many more guests) work really well for us. All the decor was customized to suit our needs, the lighting and decorations could be customized to a variety of color schemes and moods. The service provided was terrific, they took care of everything we needed. They were very accommodating and flexible with our requests, as well as being enthusiastic and full of ideas. I'd recommend to couples with a little extra room in their wedding budget who could use a few extra ideas and assistance in the wedding planning process.
